Our next block of baking classes is learning how to make cupcakes & chocolate strawberries. Children will be learning how to:
 
bake vanilla sponge,
make buttercream,
practise piping using different nozzle tips
learn how to decorate their cupcakes!
 
Children will be able to decorate their cupcakes using their own choice of sprinkles and toppings.
 
This session is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
 
As a Primary Teacher, I have a passion working with young children. I am so excited to share my baking knowledge and techniques! Please note, I am PVG registered, therefore, children are allowed to attend without adult supervision. Adults do not attend this class.
 
Multiple curricular areas will be integrated throughout this learning experience such as Health and Safety, Maths skills from measuring/weighing/timing, Art from showcasing creativity & designs and life skills which will equip your child for life!
 
The session will take place in my Baking kitchen (Darnley, G53).
 
 
The course is only for children between 5 - 16 years old and is non-refundable
 
 
We operate a 'No Nuts' kitchen, however, please contact us if your child has any other allergies
 
 
If you do not wish for your children to be in photos for social media, please let us know as I may create some videos of their baking magic!
 
 
Your child will take home their yummy treats they bake/make/decorate!
 
 
On the day of the course, all you have to do is drop your child off and allow them to enter the magic world of Baking with me - Maya! I cannot wait!
